Owner Spotlight Featuring Tom Thie, in Cincinnati, Ohio
How long have you been a SONDORS Owner?
Don't know. Maybe 5 years. I'm waiting on my fourth bike. Can't wait, send it soon!
In what way has being a SONDORS owner impacted your life the most?
Well, I've lost almost 100 pounds in 5 years and am off the BP meds. I've met so many interesting people, the bike is a magnet, it draws people in.
What type of rider would you describe yourself as?
Commuter. Adventurer. Badass. Hello fun.
What SONDORS do you ride?
What's your favorite thing about your SONDORS?
What's not to like. Power, price, dependability, all in one package.
What advice would you give to someone who is hesitant about riding an electric bike?
What are you waiting for? Be a cowboy or girl or is that cowwoman? That doesn't sound right. Just do it!
Is there anything about your SONDORS that surprised you?
The power. The first time I hit the throttle on my XS, I almost fell off the bike. Even when I was heavier, the XS could pull me up a STEEP hill without pedaling.
These bikes have changed, no saved my life. I've had a broken back, both ankles and heels, a knee and hip replacement. Sondors gives me the freedom and fun I crave. I ride everyday. weather permitting.
